What we do

Order any service on its own or combine them into one chain: translate, notarise, legalize, deliver.

How it works

  1. Send the document

Upload a scan or photo through the form or by email, and tell us the destination country.

  2. Approve the quote

We confirm the correct route and send a fixed price with a timeline.

  3. We process it

Translation, notarisation and legalization run in order, with an update at each stage.

  4. Delivery

You receive the electronic copy first, then the originals by courier in China or abroad.

Why clients choose us

One firm, the whole chain

Translation, notary, foreign-affairs authentication and embassy legalization are coordinated by one team, so files are not bounced between offices.

International network

ABC Translation has offices in several countries and knows what receiving authorities actually ask for.

Route first, price second

We confirm whether the destination needs an apostille, consular legalization or only a sealed translation before quoting.

Confidential handling

Documents are used only for your order, sent over encrypted channels and deleted on request.

Cities we serve

We serve clients across mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. Documents travel by courier or upload, and come back to your door.

Frequently asked questions

Why are there no prices on the website?

Cost depends on document type, length, language, destination, legalization route and deadline. We confirm the route first so you never pay for steps you do not need.

What changed when China joined the Apostille Convention?

Since 7 November 2023, Chinese public documents for member countries only need an apostille instead of embassy legalization, and apostilled documents from member countries can be used in China directly.

I am not in a city where you have an office. Can you still help?

Yes. Send documents by courier or online, and we return them to any address in China or abroad.

How do I pay?

Once you accept the quote, we send payment options. Invoices are available for companies.

Request a quote

Tell us what the document is and where it will be used. Attach a scan or photo and we will send an exact price and timeline.

Prices depend on document type, length, language pair, destination country and deadline, so every job is quoted individually. Send a photo or scan and we normally reply within one business day.
