Certified translation

Translation by a registered translation company, sealed and accompanied by credentials, for visas, study, immigration, police, courts and company registration.

Most Chinese authorities require foreign-language documents to come with a Chinese translation sealed by a qualified translation company, together with a copy of its business licence. Exit-entry bureaus, public security, courts, schools and market regulators all work to this standard.

Chinese documents going abroad need a professional translation too. Some countries require a sworn or accredited translator; we confirm what the receiving authority expects before quoting and assign the right translator through ABC Translation's international network.

Every translation mirrors the layout of the original, and stamps, signatures and handwriting are marked so the reviewing officer can check each item.

Frequently asked questions

Which authorities accept a sealed translation?

Exit-entry, public security, courts, universities, social insurance and market regulators routinely accept translations sealed by a qualified company with credentials attached. If an office has a special requirement, we tell you before starting.

Can I just send a photo?

Yes. A clear photo or scan is enough to translate from. You receive a sealed paper copy and a PDF.

How long does it take?

Standard certificates are usually ready in 1 to 2 business days, and same-day service is available. Longer files are scheduled by page count.

Request a quote

Tell us what the document is and where it will be used. Attach a scan or photo and we will send an exact price and timeline.

Prices depend on document type, length, language pair, destination country and deadline, so every job is quoted individually. Send a photo or scan and we normally reply within one business day.
